This extremely durable frying pan is constructed of one-piece poured cast iron. It is suitable for both gas and induction cooking, as well as inside the oven or even outdoors over an open fire.
It has even heating and good thermal conductivity and is perfect for frying, stir-frying and deep-frying. It does not have any chemical non-stick coating, use with a little vegetable oil spray for simple rust protection.
NOTE: Heating the pot will cause the handle to warm up. Please use it carefully (wear heat-resistant glove) to avoid burns.
