Use Instructions

Use Cold: Seal in plastic bag and place in freezer for 1-2 hours – or store in the freezer for always-ready relief!

Use Warm: Please don't use warm/heated products on your eyes! But you can microwave for thermapeutic relief for targeted use on other areas of your body. Simply microwave on a clean microwave-safe plate for 1 minute and 30 seconds – massage the pack to distribute the heat evenly, and apply to sore areas to melt away the pain.

Care: Spot clean with a damp cloth, air dry. Do not submerge.
