OK so… The GOOD news is that today I “hit bottom” and now there’s nowhere to look but UP!
I had some amazing conversations tonight (after a total breakdown, and what my mom has told me was a “catharsis”) and now I am ready to do this.
Consider this my war cry as I head into the battle ahead of me.

- a purification or purgation that brings about spiritual renewal or release from tension
- elimination of a complex by bringing it to consciousness and affording it expression
